Our approach
Cloud is not an end in itself. Our approach: start from your constraints (latency, sovereignty, cost, in-house skills) and build the architecture that respects them. Sometimes it’s 100% public cloud, sometimes hybrid with part on-premise in Cameroon, sometimes multi-cloud.
Typical cases
Legacy → cloud migration
Existing landscape audit, cloudification score per application, wave-based migration plan. We favour replatforming (moderate modernisation while moving) over pure lift-and-shift, which fails to capture cloud value.
Cloud-native greenfield
Target architecture serverless or containerised (ECS / EKS / AKS). Infrastructure as Code with Terraform. CI/CD pipelines from day 1. Observability by default.
Hybridisation & sovereignty
For public institutions and organisations under data localisation constraints: hybrid architecture with local datacenter connected to public cloud via VPN or Direct Connect.
Technical stack
- Cloud: AWS (EC2, ECS, EKS, RDS, S3, Lambda, CloudFront), Azure (App Service, AKS, Functions, SQL Database)
- IaC: Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Azure Bicep
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI
- Containers: Docker, Kubernetes (managed or self-hosted)
- Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, CloudWatch, Application Insights
Commitments
Every delivered architecture is certified against the AWS Well-Architected Framework or Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework. SLOs and operational costs quantified from the framing phase.
