3. BA & steering
On critical work streams (ERP overhaul, compliance, cloud migration), we lead the business analysis: framing, requirement definition, vendor or integrator selection, build steering, user acceptance testing, go-live.
4. Change management
The best tool is worth nothing if teams don’t adopt it. We design training and support programmes tailored to each population — leadership, key users, end users.
