SYSCOHADA Revised, in both of the group’s languages
SYSCOHADA Revised governs the accounts of every company across the seventeen member states, whatever the sector - industry, services, distribution, construction, agri-industry, telecoms, energy. A structured chart of accounts, statements with an imposed presentation, specific valuation rules, demanding notes. For subsidiaries of international groups and listed companies, a further constraint applies that is rarely tooled for: producing the same statements in French for the local administration and in English for head office or English-speaking funders.
That is the gap MAASPRO X3 closes. The software installs on the workstation of the finance department or the audit firm; importing a trial balance is enough to obtain compliant, audited statements available in both languages within seconds. The bilingual engine is built into the product - statements are not translated afterwards, they are issued simultaneously.
We designed it out of our own statutory audit engagements: the line items that cost time at closing are the ones whose substantiation is hardest to reconstruct. That is why every heading exposes the accounts behind it, ready for review. The same concern for traceability drives our IT audit practice.
