SYSCOHADA Revised IFRS OHADA Local chart of accounts

We configure your accounting, not just a software package

What makes ERPs fail in the OHADA region is almost never the tool. It is the accounting standard: subsidiaries of international groups that must produce IFRS for consolidation, SYSCOHADA Revised for statutory accounts and local formats for the administration — in the same system, on the same entries. That has been our specialty since 2016, across the four leading suites: Sage (X3, 100C), Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Oracle.

The other moment of truth is data migration. A trial balance that does not reconcile on the first load is not an incident, it is the norm — legacy systems are heterogeneous, third parties are deduplicated by hand, fixed assets have lived a life. We build that into the plan instead of discovering it at the end: three dry-run loads with accounting validation before the real cutover.

And because an ERP lives long after its go-live, we connect what we deploy to what we build: ComptaIA, our AI pre-accounting product, feeds SYSCOHADA postings straight into Sage, Odoo or Dynamics 365; and a pre-implementation IT audit secures your application controls before production.

Method

How we work

  1. 01

    Framing & selection

    4 to 8 weeks

If the vendor is not chosen yet: structured RFP, comparative demonstrations on your own business case, multi-criteria scoring — functional, technical, TCO, integrator ecosystem. An executive readout with a reasoned recommendation, not a grid of marks.

  2. 02

    Build

3 to 9 months depending on scope

Mapping of existing processes, target design, configuration in sprints with mockups validated by your key users at each cycle. Documentation is written as we go, not after the fact.

  3. 03

    Data migration

    The critical factor

Extract the existing data — often from heterogeneous systems —, reconcile, qualify, load. Our rule: three dry-run loads with accounting validation before the real cutover.

  4. 04

    Cutover & hyper-care

    4 weeks

Go-live over a cutover weekend, documented rollback procedure, then a hyper-care squad for the first four weeks — where a rollout is won or lost.

  5. 05

    Run

    Contractual SLAs

Fixed-price application managed services: tickets, minor enhancements, version upgrades, level-2 user support.

Deliverables

What you receive

Vendor selection pack

Multi-criteria scoring grid, demonstration reports, reasoned recommendation.

Configuration dossier

Documented target processes, multi-standard configuration — IFRS / SYSCOHADA Revised / statutory.

Data migration reports

Reconciliations for every dry-run load, signed accounting validation before cutover.

Cutover & hyper-care plan

Cutover schedule, rollback procedure, post-go-live support organisation.

Commitment

An ERP does not succeed on go-live day. It succeeds at the third monthly close.
That is why our engagements include hyper-care and, if you wish, long-term managed services — and why we configure IFRS and SYSCOHADA Revised in parallel from design, not as an afterthought.

  3. 3

    Written scoping note

Within 48 business hours, no commitment.
