Implementation, configuration and data migration on the leading market suites, in multi-standard mode (IFRS, OHADA).

Key features

Standards covered

SYSCOHADA Revised IFRS OHADA Local chart of accounts

Our scope

We deploy the four leading ERP suites on the market: Sage (X3, 100C), Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Business Central, Sales) and Oracle (NetSuite, ERP Cloud). Our specificity: we can configure for multiple accounting standards in parallel — IFRS for international group subsidiaries, SYSCOHADA Revised for OHADA companies, local chart for statutory obligations.

Standard engagement phases

1. Framing & selection

If the vendor has not been chosen yet: structured RFP, comparative demos, multi-criteria scoring (functional, technical, TCO, openness, integrator ecosystem). Executive readout with reasoned recommendation.

2. Build

Mapping of AS-IS processes, TO-BE design, configuration in sprints. Intermediate mockups validated with key users at each cycle. Continuous documentation.

3. Data migration

The trickiest part: extract the existing data (often from heterogeneous systems), reconcile, qualify, load into the new ERP. Our method: 3 dry-run loads before the real load, with accounting validation at each pass.

4. Cutover

Go-live usually over a cutover weekend. Hyper-care squad for the first 4 weeks. Documented rollback procedure.

5. Run

Fixed-price application managed services: tickets, minor enhancements, version upgrades, level-2 user support. Contractual SLAs.

Who is it for

SMEs, mid-caps and large groups starting an ERP, migrating from legacy, or undertaking a full overhaul. Multi-entity capable (multi-site, multi-country, multi-currency, multi-standard).
